Here's Exactly What Happens Next.
01 — You Fill Out the Form Tell us your event date, the type of gathering, your location, and which package you're eyeing. The more detail, the better — but don't overthink it.
02 — We Confirm Availability & Follow Up We'll be in touch within 24 hours to confirm your date is available, answer any questions, and walk you through the next steps. Simple.
03 — Sign Your Contract & Secure Your Date Once you're ready to lock it in, we'll send over your contract. Sign it, put down your 30% deposit, and your date is officially yours. Pay in full now and save $50!
04 — Final Payment Due 10 Days Before Your Event We'll send a reminder so nothing sneaks up on you. Remaining balance is due 10 business days before your event date. We accept all major payment methods.
05 — We Show Up. You Have the Best Time. Our team arrives early, sets everything up, and stays the entire time. All you have to do is show up and enjoy every single minute of it.
All bookings are rain or shine and non-refundable — so plan accordingly and trust us, the simulator has seen some weather and kept the party going just fine.

Are clubs included? →
Yes — clubs are provided with every package. You don't need to bring anything except your competitive spirit (and maybe some trash talk).
Is someone from Tee Time there the whole time? →
Always. Every booking includes a Tee Time operator who sets up, runs the experience, keeps the games going, and handles all the technical stuff so you never have to think about it.
Is setup and teardown included in the rental time? →
Setup and teardown are not counted toward your rental hours — your package time is all play time. We arrive early to set up and stay after to break everything down.
What are the dimensions of the simulator? →
The inflatable simulator requires approximately a 15x15 foot footprint and about 10 feet of ceiling clearance for indoor setups. We'll confirm specific space requirements when we follow up after your inquiry.
Is it kid-friendly? →
Absolutely. The simulator is designed to be fun for every age and skill level — kids love it just as much as the adults who are trying to prove they were secretly a golf prodigy this whole time.
How far do you travel? →
We serve Bryan, College Station, and anywhere within 25 miles. Not sure if you're in range? Just ask — we'll let you know.
WHAT IF IT RAINS? →
All bookings are rain or shine and non-refundable. We can set up indoors or outdoors — our team is experienced at making it work regardless of the weather. When you book, you're booking the experience no matter what the forecast says.
What's the deposit and payment process? →
A 20% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 10 business days before your event. Pay in full at the time of booking and we'll take $50 off your total — just our way of saying thank you for being decisive and wonderful.
Do you only do golf? Can you customize the games? →
The simulator offers multiple game modes — not just golf. Longest drive competitions, closest to the pin, full course play, mini-games, and more. For bookings over three hours, we'll build a custom game itinerary specifically for your crowd and your event. Just tell us what you've got going on and we'll make it work.
